Shipping

We ship in ITALY, inside the European Union (EU) and outside the European Union (EXTRA EU).

Within the EU there are no customs duties and the products shipped are inclusive of VAT (except for shipments with exempt invoices for VAT holders). For non-EU countries, goods are sent VAT-free and may be subject to customs duties/import taxes/VAT of the destination country. It is not possible to estimate the duties, which will be totally charged to the customer. For more information, please consult the customs of your country.

We ship through the couriers BARTOLINI and GLS using express service. All orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be processed from the following Monday morning. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the following working day. The costs and delivery times are as follows:

In addition to the shipping times there are the times of realization of the goods that may vary depending on the product chosen. You can see the time of realization in each product sheet.

At the moment of the shipment, the Customer will receive an informative e-mail containing the identification number of the shipment. To monitor the shipment will be sufficient to access the site of the carrier and enter the tracking number.
